What We Do
Antevia, Inc. provides comprehensive rental housing assistance and
area-orientation guidance to corporate employees, new hires, and
prospective candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, Los
Angeles County, Orange County and San Diego.

Since its founding in 1998, Antevia has catered exclusively to the renter, revolutionizing the manner in which renters are treated throughout the relocation process.

Antevia differentiates its quality of service by staffing local offices with full-time rental agents who specialize in a narrowly defined coverage area.

Their local expertise allows them to impart first-hand knowledge and personal experiences when discussing traffic patterns, local establishments, points of interest, etc.

Services Offered
Antevia provides one or more full-day, agent-assisted rental housing tours, in addition to candidate orientation tours and international settling-in services.

Comprehensive Rental Tour

Needs analysis conducted to determine rental criteria and quality of life issues including desired location, size, amenities, budget, commute time, schools and other special needs.

Based on the rental criteria, a tour date is set and a rental agent is assigned to work exclusively with the transferee.

The rental agent will conduct extensive research, make inquiries, schedule appointments, and represent the transferee throughout the entire rental process.

On the day of the scheduled rental tour, the agent will have an itinerary of set appointments and will accompany the transferee to each rental prospect.

Community orientation is provided throughout the tour, including information on traffic patterns, recreation opportunities, and local points of interest.
- If the transferee does not find suitable housing while on tour, the agent will provide the transferee with additional leads until suitable housing is secured.

Area-orientation

Half-day tour day tour provides an overview of a specific region highlighting specific points of interest

Ideal way to "sell" the candidate on the region and dispel fears about the rental market

Previews what can be expected during the rental search. Note: Specific property viewings are typically not included

International Settling-in Services
Settling-in services are typically provided for international transferees prior to a rental housing tour. Standard services include assistance in:

setting up bank accounts,

obtaining a social security number, and

applying for a driver's license or identification card from the Department of Motor Vehicles

Additional services include an introduction to:
